$20 per hourJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to pass a drug screen and background checkCorrected vision must be 20/20Manufacturing, metalworking, or industrial experience preferredExperience operating grinders, cutting equipment, forklifts, or overhead cranes preferredGeneral knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and workplace safety regulationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsWillingness to be cross-trained in multiple foundry operationsStable work history strongly preferredAbility to work in extreme temperatures, dust, noise, fumes, and around moving equipmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reachingRequired to wear PPE, including hard hat, gloves, face mask, and steel-toed bootsResponsibilitiesOperate hand-held and stationary tools including grinders, chippers, saws, and blasting equipmentRemove excess material and finish metal castings to meet customer and quality specificationsInspect castings for defects and report concerns to supervisors or leadsPerform routine maintenance and daily safety inspections on equipmentMove materials safely using forklifts, cranes, hoists, and other material-handling equipmentAssist with foundry operations including:

Core MakingMold Making and ClosingMelting OperationsPouring OperationsShakeout ProcessesSupport sand reclamation, pattern storage, and casting touch-up activitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and HSE requirementsPerform additional duties as assigned to support production needs
