Rotational Molding Department Worker Basic Purpose:

Responsible for assuring that production on machine, fitting and any other functions are met from both the manufacturing and processing perspectives, ensuring that quality is performed in all aspects of the job, and that resources including equipment, and raw materials are effectively and efficiently utilized.

Principal Accountabilities:

Constantly and consistently work in areas of the Rotomolding department that the manager assigns you to and are able to perform all tasks to the best of your ability. Work on rotomolding machines, fitting, regrind or any other area you are assigned to in a manner that promotes efficiency and safety to all involved. Give suggestions to Manager that delay production and fitting processes that possibly can improve the process. Assist shipping with preparation of sales orders, product weights, shipping documentation as assigned by manager. Observe that you have sufficient supply of raw materials, parts and pieces to meet production schedule. Communicate with Rotomolding manager regarding material needs. May perform other jobs as assigned. You will need to be able and willing to work in an Industrial manufacturing plant environment including extended periods of time in noisy, non-air conditioned or unheated areas.

Exerting up to 75 lbs. of force occasionally and or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 25 lbs of force constantly to move objects. Medium work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree. Reaching

  • Extending the hands and arms. Handling
  • Seizing, holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with your hands. Fingering
  • Working efficiently with fingers.

Machines, Tools and Equipment with may be used, but not all inclusive: Forklift, router, saws, sanders, grinders, drills, Dremel tool, Roto mold machines
