This is a shop-based position focused on producing high-quality finishes for custom cabinetry. If you have an eye for detail and take pride in craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare wood surfaces for finishing Apply stains, paints, lacquers, and clear coats using spray equipment Perform color and stain matching Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain finishing equipment and a clean, organized work area Qualifications Previous cabinet finishing or wood finishing experience preferred Experience operating spray equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Why Work With Us? $25-$40/hour, depending on experience Weekly pay Work on custom cabinetry—not production-line furniture Join a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and pride in every project
