In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint or coatings to parts, equipment, or finished products using spray equipment in a controlled booth environment. This role ensures high-quality finishes that meet company standards while following all safety and environmental guidelines. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, masking, and sanding as needed Operate spray equipment to apply paint, primer, or coatings evenly and efficiently Mix paints and coatings to the correct color, consistency, and specification Inspect parts for quality before and after painting to ensure proper coverage and finish Maintain spray booth cleanliness and perform routine maintenance on equipment Use proper ventilation and PPE to ensure safe working conditions Track materials used and report inventory needs or low supplies Follow production schedules to meet deadlines and support manufacturing flow Comply with safety, environmental, and hazardous materials handling procedures Record job data and complete required documentation for traceability and compliance Assist in touch-up or rework of painted parts as needed Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives Crosstrain in other finishing or prep areas to support team flexibility Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues promptly Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Applicants must have manufacturing assembly experience and/or high level of mechanical aptitude Applications must have good communication skills Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards Build products within time standards Adhere to safety standards and requirements Benefits Pivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
