Schedule:

Monday•Thursday, 6:00 AM•4:30 PM What's in it for you? Full time position with the intention to be hired on permanently. Responsibilities and Duties:

Able to use buffing wheels, hand tools, and other basic polishing equipment Ability to use profilometer or other devices to measure surface finish Operate and monitor air filtration system Hand lap components as necessary Clean work area at the end of the shift Modify tooling and supplies Operate automatic polishing machines Perform 5S tasks Snow and Ice mitigation Perform to all measured productivity, utilization, scrap, and rework standards/goals Any other duties that may be assigned by supervisors or management within the employee's skill set

Qualifications:
