You may work with different hand, power, and pneumatic tools while learning how to make and finish our products. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and enjoys hands-on work. Experience in manufacturing, auto body, auto detailing, grinding, or similar hands-on work is a plus, but is not required. What You'll Do Learn and work in different areas of the Fiberglass department Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools such as grinders and sanders Help with building, finishing, and preparing fiberglass products Work with your team to complete quality products on time Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized Learn new equipment and processes as you cross-train What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys working with their hands Willingness to learn and try new things Ability to use or learn to use basic hand and power tools Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Willingness to work overtime when needed Previous manufacturing, auto body, auto detailing, grinding, painting, or similar experience is a plus, but not required Shift Details 3rd

• 7:30 AM 4 days per week / 10-hour shifts 2-week requirement on 1st shift for orientation and training
