We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Finisher to join a talented production team specializing in high-end, custom-made furniture and furnishings. You'll play a key role in transforming metal components into finished pieces that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Position Overview As a Metal Finisher, you will be responsible for applying patina and specialty finishes to metal components, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout the finishing process. Your work will directly contribute to the creation of premium custom products. Key Responsibilities Apply patina and specialty finishes to metal components. Complete products according to established production schedules. Ensure finished products meet all critical quality standards and color-match approved master samples. Apply toning and topcoats to achieve desired finishes and durability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Accurately complete and submit timesheets. Properly wear and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that support quality and operational excellence. Qualifications Preferred Experience Experience with metal finishing techniques, including: Patina finishing using wet-rag and rinsing methods Toning and topcoat application using spray cans Ability to read, understand, and follow mixing specifications and finishing instructions. Skills & Abilities Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to collaborate with coworkers and leadership across multiple levels of the organization. Pay Details:
