We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with hands-on experience grinding, finishing, and polishing metal parts using industrial grinding equipment.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of metal grinding experience

Overtime:

As needed Job Responsibilities Grind, smooth, finish, and polish metal components using portable grinders, sanders, files, and buffing wheels. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Perform grinding work in flat, vertical, and overhead positions as needed. Inspect completed parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Follow workplace safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on metal grinding experience required. Experience working with industrial grinders and metal finishing tools. Ability to understand blueprints and technical drawings. Basic knowledge of metalworking and manufacturing safety practices. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable attendance and reliable punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous welding experience. Forklift operating experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or ERP systems. Apply Today!
