We've been providing equipment, components, parts, electrical controls, instrumentation and automation since 1978. Our services include engineering and design, electrical engineering and automation, custom fabrication and finishing, precision machining and waterjet cutting, as well as installation, service and repair. Our precision machining and waterjet cutting services are available for contract manufacturing.

PM Qualifications & Skills:

Must be capable of learning and efficiently performing multiple functions throughout the polishing department including but not limited to grinding and polisher stainless steel parts and equipment. Must be capable of using a variety of methods, abrasives and tools to safely and efficiently grind and polish materials. Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching/working overhead and standing for long periods of time while performing physically demanding repetitive job tasks. Capable of regular lifting randomly sized items up to 60 pounds. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Capable of working independently and within a team focused work group with minimal supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Use a variety of methods, abrasives, air powered tools and equipment to safely and efficiently grind and polish metal materials to meet required results. Polish components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. Perform polishing work in confined spaces. Perform light maintenance on air powered tools to maintain maximum tool efficiency and report equipment faults for repairs. Strive for maximum efficiencies while maintaining quality and safety standards. Fill out daily paperwork for all work projects in a timely manner ensuring proper allocation of time and materials. Regularly perform Quality Assurance checks on work performed ensuring product specifications are quality maintained. All other duties as assigned.
