What You'll Do:
Sanding:
Smooth and prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding metal parts.
Inspection:
Examine surfaces to ensure quality and consistency.
Finishing Touches:
Apply final touches to prepare products for the next stages of production.
Maintenance:
Maintain sanding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Safety:
Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
What It Takes to
Be Successful:
Attendance:
Work your scheduled shift. Be on time. Make coming to work a priority.
Flexibility:
Adapt to day-to-day activities and be willing to stay late on occasion to complete rush jobs.
Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
