About the Position We are looking for a dependable, motivated Finishing Polisher / Manufacturing Utility team member. The majority of this position will be spent in our polishing booth performing the final finishing and polishing of aluminum RigGuard products before they are packaged and shipped to our customers. This is an important part of our manufacturing process. The finish you produce is what our customer sees , so attention to detail and pride in your work are extremely important. When production needs allow, this position will also have opportunities to work in other areas of our operation and learn additional manufacturing skills. Responsibilities include:

Using grinders, sanders, polishing belts, drums, discs, brushes, and other finishing tools Removing weld discoloration, weld spatter, scratches, gouges, and other surface imperfections Producing a clean and consistent brushed aluminum finish Inspecting products for defects or imperfections before they move to shipping Identifying fabrication or welding issues that need correction Cleaning finished products and ensuring they are free of smudges, marks, and visible defects Moving completed products to the appropriate staging or shipping area Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Additional Manufacturing Duties While polishing will be the primary responsibility, we are looking for someone who is willing to help wherever needed. Depending on your skills, experience, and production needs, you may also: Operate a bandsaw or drill press Operate a tube/pipe bender Use grinders and belt sanders to prepare material for fabrication Build shipping crates using saws and nail guns Operate banding and packaging equipment Assist with packaging and shipping finished products Move and stage materials throughout the shop Assist other departments as needed We are willing to train the right person on equipment and processes they have not previously used. Physical & Work Environment Requirements This is a hands-on manufacturing position.

Applicants should be able to:

Stand and work on their feet for the majority of the shift Regularly bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds Work safely around grinders, sanders, saws, and other manufacturing equipment Work in a polishing environment that can be noisy and dusty Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) The Person We're Looking For You don't need to know how to do everything on your first day.
