GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Plant Superintendent the Seamer works proficiently with others, but also has the ability to work well independently. The Seamer will be expected to travel locally, and out of state, sometimes on short notice to work with our customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Initial assignment qualities and responsibilities to include: Perform fine silver soldering. brazing techniques to assemble stainless steel screens. Soft soldering. Operate variety of hand and power tools. Measure and cut screens accurately. Safety operate cranes and forklifts. Communicate and coordinate with contractors, customers, process engineers and/or maintenance supervisors. Be willing and able to proficiently perform all tasks with or without supervision. Ability to assist in other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
On the job training will be provided.

Other combinations of experience and education that meet requirements may be substituted.
Physical requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
