Job Description

Job Overview:
Leafscape is hiring a detailed and dependable Horticultural Delivery Technician. This is a blended position—not a traditional delivery-driver job. The employee will deliver and install plants, learn indoor plant care, assist with warehouse operations, and provide professional customer service. No horticultural experience is required, but the employee must successfully complete Leafscape's hands-on training program before working independently.
What You'll Do:
Deliver, stage, and install plants in client spaces Load/unload materials and maintain vehicle cleanliness Prep, clean, and groom plants before installation Provide excellent customer service onsite Assist with seasonal outdoor plantings and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plant care (preferred) Physically able to lift and move large plants and containers Great customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to learn horticulture and complete required evaluations Ability to accept coaching and consistently apply training Why Should You Apply? 100% Paid Medical and Dental Insurance 30% Company Discount on New Merchandise Simple IRA with 3% Match after 1 year
