Your Mission Champion uptime by partnering with fellow mechanics—share insights, divide tasks, and lead where needed to keep lines moving. Own HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting; perform freezer inspections and repairs to protect temperature-sensitive inventory. Open the schematics, run conduit and PVC, test sensors, and work confidently with 3-phase power at 420 V and up to 480 V on AC/DC circuits. Wire in new motors, align shafts and rotors, swap bearings and gears, and install blades on cutting machinery with precision. Diagnose and repair issues across conveyors, punch presses, boilers, chillers, and other plant equipment. Keep hydraulic and pneumatic systems dialed-in for consistent performance. Maintain, repair, and operate forklifts and reach trucks to support maintenance tasks. Apply MIG/stick welding where needed for durable, safe fixes.
