Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) (Food) (CA/YM)

A food manufacturing company is seeking some Food Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians (3rd Shift) to join their team in Garden Grove, CA . This position is responsible for the support of production and logistics through repairs, adjustments, and improvement of utility equipment. A high school diploma, Electrical experience schematics, mechanical drawings and process flow diagrams, and basic knowledge of foods safety. This is a full-time, in-person, non-exempt position with excellent benefits and 401k.

One shift available:

3rd shift (9pm to 6am/9:30pm to 6:30am)

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Respond to service request from Production and the other departments
• Perform appropriate trouble shooting, repair or improvement
• Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment
• Improve production efficiency, energy consumption, amount of waste, maintenance cost, work safety and work environment with continuous effort
• Communicate with shift supervisor and coworkers to complete work order
• Maintain tools, machine parts, supplies and workshop well
• Input Work Orders using CMMS (eMaint)
• Manage and operate utility equipment including but not limited to electric switch gears, boiler, air compressor, chiller, ventilation
• Conduct company project helping maintenance manager and related department

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Skills:

• Must have a high school diploma
• Must have 2+ years of maintenance technician experience
• Must have ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and process flow diagrams
• Must know foods safety basics
