Medical Dental Vision 401K with match Annual Bonus incentives Incredible growth options Job Details Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed automated production equipment Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related issues Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Troubleshoot motors, drives, VFDs, electrical panels, sensors, safety circuits, and control systems Support PLC troubleshooting activities, including ladder logic review and I/O diagnostics Maintain equipment reliability while minimizing downtime Perform precision equipment rebuilds, alignments, and installations Utilize CMMS systems to document work orders and maintenance activities Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure all work is completed in compliance with plant safety and sanitation standards Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical troubleshooting experience with 480V and below systems Experience working with VFDs, servo systems, motor controls, and industrial automation Ability to troubleshoot relays, contactors, photo eyes, proximity sensors, safety devices, and control circuits Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms) Familiarity with HMI systems and industrial instrumentation Strong mechanical aptitude including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, pipefitting, and precision alignment Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, or ultrasound monitoring Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred Desired Certifications Industrial Electrical Certification or Technical Degree OSHA Electrical Safety Training HACCP Certification Welding Certifications Forklift, Aerial Lift, or Scissor Lift Certifications Refrigeration or Boiler Operator Certifications What We're Looking For Self-sufficient troubleshooting ability across both mechanical and electrical systems Strong safety mindset and Lockout/Tagout compliance Excellent problem-solving skills in high-pressure production environments Leadership potential and willingness to mentor junior technicians Strong communication and documentation skills Interested in hearing more?
