Food Technology Teacher Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire (FY5) Full-Time | Immediate Start Available Competitive Salary | MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Inspire the Next Generation of Food Innovators We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Thornton-Cleveleys on a full-time basis with an immediate start . This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who can inspire students through engaging and practical lessons, helping them develop essential culinary, nutritional, and food preparation skills. The Role As a Food Technology Teacher, you will: Deliver high-quality Food Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Plan and deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons. Assess, monitor, and support student progress. Maintain a safe and organised classroom and food preparation environment. Contribute to the wider Design & Technology department. Foster a positive learning environment where students can thrive. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Has experience teaching Food Technology in a secondary school setting. Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills. Has a strong understanding of the current curriculum.
