We are seeking an experienced Horticulture Technician with 3+ years of ornamental horticulture or plant care experience. This is a specialized plant-focused role centered on ornamental plant health and display quality—not general landscaping or lawn maintenance.

• Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for container gardens and ornamental plantings
• Install and manage seasonal color displays and plant rotations
• Monitor plant health and identify issues early (pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, stress)
• Perform pruning, deadheading, fertilization, watering, and plant replacement
• Monitor irrigation systems and recommend adjustments as needed
• Maintain high visual standards for all ornamental plant areas
• Ensure consistent plant health and appearance year-round

• Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional horticulture or ornamental plant care experience
• Strong knowledge of containerized plants and ornamental species
• Experience with plant health care, pest/disease diagnosis, and fertilization practices
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Florida-friendly plant knowledge preferred
