Florida Preferred Qualifications:

Lawn care, landscaping, or agricultural experience preferred

Skills:

Knowledge of mixing and applying pesticides according to programs Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully

Required Screenings:

Drug Testing/Screening; Motor Vehicle Record Checks. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn care products safely and accurately Operate, maintain, and calibrate spray equipment like a pro Diagnose turf issuesidentify weeds, pests, and diseases to keep lawns healthy Maintain accurate records of applications and property notes Read and follow pesticide labels and application instructions closely Assist the team with mulch, pine straw, seasonal color, landscape maintenance, or snow removal as needed Follow all company procedures and safety protocols Represent Russell Landscape professionally and positively with customers and teammates Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations

Work Environment:

Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Will be discussed with applicant.
