Description:

The Seed Conditioning Technician will assist the Seed Conditioning Lead and work as a member of the warehouse team ensuring efficient operations are maintained at the Homedale facility. The main focus will be to assist with the conditioning of seed. Duties and responsibilities Operate conditioning equipment Assist with the tracking and recording of lot and quality information in the conditioning process Assist in the evaluation of dirt and clean seed Operate forklift safely Assist in maintaining conditioning equipment Other general warehouse tasks as needed Actively participate in company safety programs

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis Possess a valid Drivers' License or the ability to obtain one Previous work experience in manufacturing and warehousing Confident mechanical ability (must be versed in the use of manual and power tools) Ability to work in a team setting and independently as needed in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate forklifts, loaders, and tractors Willing to work variable start times, weekends, holidays and overtime if needed Steel toed work boot mandatory
