As a New Holland and Versatile agricultural equipment dealer, we provide our customers with the equipment, service, and support they depend on to keep their operations running. If you enjoy working on modern agricultural equipment, troubleshooting diesel engines and hydraulic systems, and taking pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, planters, hay equipment, and other farm machinery. Troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, and mechanical systems. Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections. Use diagnostic tools and service information to identify and resolve equipment problems. Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Communicate with customers and service staff regarding equipment problems and repair recommendations. Complete service documentation and repair orders accurately. Occasionally travel to customer farms for field service and emergency repairs. Continue developing your technical skills through manufacturer training and hands-on experience. What We're Looking For Experience working on agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, trucks, or diesel-powered machinery preferred. Strong diesel engine and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. Ability to read and understand service manuals, schematics, and technical information. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Clean Valid driver's license. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Agricultural equipment experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to consider qualified diesel technicians from related industries.
