Join AGCO's Custom Harvest Tech Van team and spend your summer supporting some of the most advanced harvesting operations across the Great Plains. This isn't your typical internship. You'll travel alongside a mobile field service team, gain hands-on experience with high-tech combines, and help keep harvesters running during one of the busiest times of the year. As a Tech Van Intern, you'll work directly with AGCO specialists who support custom harvest crews across multiple states. Passionate about agriculture and machinery

Comfortable communicating with customers and team members

Self-motivated and willing to travel full-time during the harvest season

Ability to work in outdoor agricultural environments, stand or walk for extended periods, and safely perform duties that require bending, reaching, and manual handling of materials. Equipped with specialized tools, critical service parts, the team travels north with the harvest season, providing rapid support when customers need it most. No two days are the same.
