Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Seed Technician and become a vital contributor to the seed production and processing operations. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, purity, and integrity of seed lots through precise handling, processing, and testing. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to safety will drive efficiency in seed handling activities, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality seeds for agricultural success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery, engage in manual handling tasks, and uphold safety standards across all operations. Duties Operate cleaning equipment and seed processing machinery with precision, adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines Conduct manual seed handling tasks including sorting, cleaning, and packaging to maintain seed quality standards Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance Assist in grain and seed material handling using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Monitor seed quality through sampling, testing, and inspection processes Follow safety standards in production environments, including lifting techniques and proper use of safety gear.
