As the Quality Technician in Kentwood, you'll turn data into decisions—testing, documenting, and partnering with operators to protect product safety and brand trust. When something's off, you'll catch it fast and drive corrective action with the Quality Supervisor and production team. This role is about vigilance, communication, and real impact across every shift. Each shift you'll patrol production areas, perform inspections and tests, verify specs, document results, and escalate deviations. You'll champion HACCP, allergen control, GMPs, traceability, and document control while aligning plant procedures with quality policy and SQF elements—working side-by-side with production to keep improvements moving.
