3008190414-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Cargill is seeking a Production Quality Technician to support consistent, safe, and high-quality output in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform in-process and final inspections, conduct routine tests, and accurately document quality results to meet regulatory and customer standards. You will monitor production parameters, identify nonconformances, and help drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Working on-site in a fast-paced environment, you will promote safety, GMPs, and continuous improvement while contributing to Cargill's mission of sustainable, reliable food production. Responsibilities Perform in-process and final product inspections on production lines to verify conformance to specifications Conduct routine quality tests, measurements, and sampling, accurately recording all results Identify nonconformances and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions Collaborate with production, maintenance, and safety teams to resolve quality issues Maintain quality documentation, logs, and reports in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements Follow and promote safety procedures, GMPs, and food safety standards at all times Assist in calibrating and maintaining testing and measuring equipment Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability, waste reduction, and defect prevention Required Skills Quality control inspections Statistical process control (SPC) Use of measurement tools and gauges Root cause analysis Reading technical drawings/specs Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) HACCP/food safety knowledge Nonconformance reporting & CAPAData entry and quality documentation Basic MS Office/quality software
