Job Overview This role involves setting up, sanitizing, and operating equipment for trials, with a strong emphasis on customer service across various ITQ platforms, particularly the cereal platform. The position requires flexibility in schedule and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. Requirements

At least 1 year of sanitation experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs consistently and repeatedly

Comfortable in a processing (pilot plant or plant) environment

Confidence in autonomously operating equipment

Ability to assess and solve technical/mechanical problems

Basic computer/technology skills (Office Suite, other programs)

Strong understanding of food safety and human safety

Experience working in teams to deliver results

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to coach, train, and develop others

Strong communication skills with peers and customers

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels within the organization

Ability to diagnose and resolve conflicts

Desire to learn new concepts quickly and apply them productively

Strong self-starter with high regard for quality of work

Ability to influence others and lead within a team

Effectively manage multiple competing priorities

Preferences

Previous work experience in a similar field

Foodservice and laboratory experience

Schedule:

2PM

•10PM, Monday
