2987667070-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Cargill is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished food products to ensure they meet Cargill and regulatory standards. You will maintain accurate records, use SPC tools to analyze data, and help identify root causes of quality issues. Working closely with production teams, you will support GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance while contributing to continuous improvement in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Collect, analyze, and document quality data using SPC and other tools. Calibrate and maintain testing and measuring equipment. Investigate nonconformances and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions. Verify adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations on the production floor. Prepare clear quality reports and communicate findings to production and leadership. Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory or customer audits.
