Job Description
Production Cleaner
- Industrial Sanitation | Food Manufacturing Lead & Quality Candidates Are Encouraged to Apply!
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, equipment, platforms, tools, and other areas of the facility Using industrial cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals safely and properly Performing sanitation activities that support food production and food safety Cleaning production, processing, warehouse, and other facility areas Working in tight spaces and elevated areas when required Following established food safety, sanitation, GMP, and regulatory requirements Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas Working closely with team members to complete daily sanitation assignments Identifying and communicating sanitation or safety concerns to leadership Following established procedures and completing work thoroughly and efficiently What We're Looking For You do not necessarily need years of industrial sanitation experience. We are looking for people who are dependable, willing to work, pay attention to detail, and take pride in the quality of their work.The ideal candidate will have:
The ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, lifting, and working in varying temperatures A strong work ethic and dependable attendance Good attention to detail The ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous industrial, commercial, manufacturing, production, or sanitation experience is preferred but not required Previous food safety or food manufacturing experience is a plus Previous lead, quality, or supervisory experience is a plus and may provide opportunities for advancementPay & Benefits Starting Pay:
$16.00- $17.50 per hour In addition to competitive starting pay, this position offers: 96 hours of PTO in your first year $200 monthly health premium benefit
