Our Interiorscape Department specializes in designing and maintaining beautiful indoor plant displays for commercial spaces, offering expert plant care and maintenance services.

Role Description:

The Interior Plant Technician plays a key role in maintaining healthy, attractive plant installations across client spaces. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and has a passion for plants and professional presentation. This full-time role includes ensuring plant health, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of plants in office buildings, hotels, and other commercial spaces.

Duties:

Install and maintain interior plants in commercial and residential spaces. Ensure all containers and display areas remain clean and presentable. Water, prune, fertilize, and monitor plants for health and aesthetic appearance. Identify and address plant health issues, including pests and diseases. Maintain client relationships by providing high-quality service and communication. Ensure plant displays are visually appealing and meet design specifications. Handle plant deliveries and installations efficiently and safely.

Required Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of plant care, including watering, pruning, and fertilization. Ability to lift and move plants and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid Mississippi Driver's License and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience with plant care, interiorscaping, or horticulture. Familiarity with various indoor plant species and care requirements.
