Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and handle transactions with precision Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment through regular bussing and sanitation practices Manage food handling responsibilities safely, including proper storage, portioning, and waste disposal Assist with food prep tasks to support smooth operations during busy periods Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required Experience in customer service roles while demonstrating strong communication skills and positive attitude is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is beneficial Basic math skills for retail math, and order calculations are essential Restaurant or grocery store experience can provide a solid foundation for success in this role Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding food experiences!
