At Rolling Greens we design, install, and maintain exterior and interior landscape designs and holiday décor. Rolling Greens is an innovative commercial landscape design service, providing high-impact interior and exterior landscaping solutions as well as dedicated maintenance services to fit any design plan. Our services also include Holiday Decorating and Green Building features such as Living Walls. Rolling Greens is seeking a skilled Interior Landscape Technician with a passion for plants and positive customer service skills. This position requires the driving of your personal vehicle within the Charlotte-Metro area (NC) to visit the customer sites and provide interior plant maintenance services as directed. Mileage and parking expenses are reimbursed with receipts.

Service Manager Job Responsibilities:

General:

Reliable transportation is required for the position. Maintain prompt and regular attendance each day. Maintain a professional & clean appearance (uniform is provided). Be professional, polite and helpful while dealing with customers. Enter designated workplace and perform service without disturbing our client's daily business. Follow processes, procedures as trained, including the required forms and paperwork. Ability to handle the physical aspects of the position (included but not limited to): Walking; Standing; Bending; Climbing Ladders; Lifting and Carrying up to 50lbs; etc. Maintain good driving record in accordance with our insurance company requirements.

Plant Care:

•Equipment and tools are provided for the job•Know the names, light requirements and moisture requirements of all plants serviced. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and cleaning indoor plants as directed in training. Turn plants regularly for even light distribution. Monitor plants for signs of pests, diseases, or other issues, and take appropriate actions to address them. Decide whether a plant is no longer in first class condition and needs replacement.

Processes & Procedures:

Complete all necessary forms correctly. Record all account activity and submit paperwork to supervisor on time. Complete timesheets daily by logging into the time and attendance system. Update all profiles and inventories of plants each visit. Maintain accurate records of plant care activities and communicate effectively with the rest of the team.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation with a clean driving record is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Communicate immediately with the Service Supervisor about any urgent replacements, new account information, or installation issues that need addressed with operations. Assist fellow employees and accept additional responsibilities when needed. Communicate new sale opportunities/leads to Service Supervisor to distribute to sales staff.
