Brock & Company Inc., a regional accounting and advisory firm in Plymouth Meeting, PA, seeks a Utility professional to support our corporate dining operations. In this on-site role, you will help ensure reliable, high-quality food service for employees and visitors by assisting with setup, serving, restocking, and cleaning. You'll maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards while delivering friendly, professional customer service that reflects our values of integrity, reliability, and teamwork. Responsibilities Support daily corporate dining setup, service, and breakdown Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Assist with basic food preparation and merchandising Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and reduce waste Operate POS, handle cash or charges, and follow controls Provide friendly, professional customer service to employees and guests Coordinate with kitchen and catering teams for meetings and events Follow company policies, health codes, and safety procedures Support reporting tasks such as counts, logs, and simple records Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and reliable service Required Skills Corporate dining operations Food safety compliance Menu planning support Inventory control Vendor coordination Customer service Cash handling and POSSanitation and cleaning Basic accounting/reporting Team collaboration
