Monday-Friday Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Production Technician to join a growing agricultural production facility. This is a hands-on position working with specialized equipment used to process, treat, coat, and prepare seed products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with machinery, and being part of a team. Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are also willing to consider someone who is mechanically inclined, reliable, and willing to learn. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production and seed-processing equipment Load and unload materials throughout the production process Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare materials according to production specifications Monitor equipment to ensure products are being processed correctly Perform quality checks throughout the production process Package, label, and prepare finished products Follow work orders and production instructions Keep accurate production and processing records Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Assist in other areas of production as needed What We're Looking For Previous production, manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or agricultural experience is a plus Comfortable working around production machinery and equipment Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable with a strong attendance record Comfortable performing repetitive and physical work Able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Willing to learn and help wherever needed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things correctly.
