We are looking for a hands on Lead Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team that thrives in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement. What You Will Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including conveyors, automated systems, motors, sensors, and controls Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot electrical control systems, VFDs, relays, sensors, motors, and control panels Support automated equipment and production lines in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment Assist with PLC and control system troubleshooting as needed Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals Support continuous improvement efforts and equipment reliability initiatives Lead and assist maintenance activities during equipment breakdowns and repairs Ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, and quality standards What You Will Need For This Job Experience as an Electro Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role Strong electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing or production environment Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience with production equipment Experience troubleshooting motors, sensors, VFDs, relays, conveyors, and automated equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics Preventive maintenance (PM) experience Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Familiarity with Allen Bradley, FactoryTalk, or similar controls platforms is a plus Ability to work independently and lead maintenance activities on shift Food manufacturing experience is a plus What's In It For You Full Benefit's Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K with Match! & More!!)
