We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team that thrives in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement. What You Will Be Doing Perform maintenance and repairs on large industrial ovens, conveyors, and pretzel production lines Execute preventive maintenance (PMs) on all plant equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on production systems Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations quickly Use CMMS to document work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities Support continuous improvement by modifying or upgrading existing equipment Operate machine shop equipment including lathes, drill presses, mills, and grinders Fabricate and repair parts to support production equipment and minimize downtime What You Will Need For This Job Experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment strongly preferred Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant setting Ability to operate and work with machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, drill press) Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (conveyors, ovens, production equipment) Experience performing preventive maintenance (PMs) Basic electrical troubleshooting ability (reading schematics is a plus) Experience with welding or fabrication is a plus Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking Refrigeration experience is a plus What's In It For You Full Benefit's Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K with Match! & More!!)
