We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team that thrives in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.What You Will Be DoingPerform maintenance and repairs on large industrial ovens, conveyors, and pretzel production linesExecute preventive maintenance (PMs) on all plant equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues on production systemsRespond to equipment breakdowns and restore operations quicklyUse CMMS to document work orders, repairs, and maintenance activitiesSupport continuous improvement by modifying or upgrading existing equipmentOperate machine shop equipment including lathes, drill presses, mills, and grindersFabricate and repair parts to support production equipment and minimize downtimeWhat You Will Need For This JobExperience in food manufacturing or similar production environment strongly preferredHands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant settingAbility to operate and work with machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, drill press)Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (conveyors, ovens, production equipment)Experience performing preventive maintenance (PMs)Basic electrical troubleshooting ability (reading schematics is a plus)Experience with welding or fabrication is a plusFamiliarity with CMMS systems and maintenance trackingRefrigeration experience is a plusWhat's In It For YouFull Benefit's Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K with Match! & More!!)If interested, Please send an updated resume with desired salary pay to
