• The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, Food Equipment, is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures following established schedules and safety standards.

The technician ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while supporting operational continuity through timely response to emergencies and collaboration with contractors and team members. • What you'll do:
• + Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.

+ Inspect, test, and diagnose equipment issues using blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs. + Utilize hand and power tools, heavy machinery, and material handling equipment safely and effectively. + Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts ordering, and warranty claims with accurate documentation. + Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations to support critical business needs. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while coordinating with contractors and team members.

• What you'll bring:
• + Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on food equipment and facility systems using multiple craft skills such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

+ Ability to diagnose equipment issues through inspection, testing, and use of technical manuals and blueprints. + Proficiency in operating hand and power tools, heavy machinery, and material handling equipment safely and effectively. + Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts procurement, and documentation accurately. + Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA compliance. + Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with contractors and internal teams. + Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs. No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
