8 Weeks Job Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Food Safety Technician to support hospital dietary and nutrition services in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include assisting with patient meal coordination, dietary operations, food safety compliance, documentation, and nutrition support within a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Support hospital dietary and nutrition operations Coordinate patient meal plans and dietary modifications Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Maintain accurate dietary records and data entry Utilize Microsoft Office and electronic feeding management systems Collaborate with clinical and dietary teams to support patient care Requirements High School Diploma/GED and Associate's Degree required Food Safety Certification required 2+ years of hospital nutrition/food service experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, math, and organizational skills Experience with hospital dietary systems preferred For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
