Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area meets health regulations Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders Support inventory management through basic math calculations for food quantities and retail math for sales tracking Uphold safety protocols including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations at all times Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with quick service or fast-food restaurant operations is a plus Experience using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be available Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive atmosphere Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry or grocery store environment is beneficial Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while building your skills in a lively culinary setting.
