Job Description
Drew Executive Search, Inc. is very excited to be working with a terrific Midwest based, company that specializes in providing equipment to banks, credit unions and casinos in helping to fill an entry level Service Technician role that will be based in Durant, OK and covering a territory that extends 1-2 hours outside of Durant. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization in a fast-paced Service Technician role. My client offers a terrific training program with ongoing education, company car, cell phone, laptop, etc. and a host of other perks. This role would have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role for the right candidate. This position will require going on site to various banks, credit unions and casinos within the assigned territory. Schedule for this service technician role is M-F with day shift hours. The opportunity to work weekends would be available if desired and would come with a shift differential. Job duties for this Service Technician role include: Follow preventative maintenance schedule Perform routine tasks such as belt adjustments, sensor calibration and alignment checks at various banks, credit unions and casinos within the territory Conduct regular inspections of ATMs and checking for wear and tear, loose connections and signs of malfunction Clean ATM components including card readers, screens and cash dispensers Maintain accountability for parts inventory and company assets Provide unequaled customer service Qualifications for this Service Technician role include: Thorough knowledge of basic electronics Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong mechanical aptitude Good PC/computer skills Clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check In addition to an hourly rate of $20-$25/hr, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health/life/vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO, sick days and a very competitive 401(k) with match.
