Yes Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician I to join our milk production facility in Clackamas, OR. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety, quality, and consistency of dairy products through inspections, testing, documentation, and process monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance within a food manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections on incoming raw materials and finished dairy products. Perform routine quality checks throughout production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Monitor and document equipment calibration and maintenance activities. Collaborate with production teams to identify, investigate, and resolve quality concerns. Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Participate in internal quality audits and support external audits as needed. Collect, record, and analyze quality data and prepare reports on quality metrics. Assist with quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Report non-conformances and support corrective and preventive action activities. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to work the assigned overnight schedule and occasional weekends as needed. Preferred 1-2 years of quality assurance, quality control, or food manufacturing experience. Knowledge of quality control procedures, food safety regulations, and industry standards.
