Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operational OversightOversee all Food & Beverage servicesEnsure established systems, workflows, and service standards are followedManage service flow to maintain efficiency and qualityTroubleshoot operational issues in real timeStaff Leadership & ManagementHire, onboard, train, and schedule Food & Beverage staffSet clear performance expectations and maintain accountabilityLead pre-shift communication and service coordinationSupervise team performance and address conduct or quality concernsExecution of Operational SystemsImplement systems, training protocols, and operational standards Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation and license requirementsEstablish, anticipate, adapt to and track product pars throughout the season to ensure proper supply chain and communicate needs to Management proactivelyGuest Experience & Quality ControlMonitor guest interactions and service qualityMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environmentCommunicate challenges, risks, or improvement opportunitiesSchedule & CompensationThis is a seasonal, variable-hour position at $25-$28 per hour plus tips. Hours may vary based on farm attendance, weather, events, business needs, employee availability, training and qualifications.
