Service Technician Job Summary:
The Service Technician is r esponsible for customer on-site installations, repair, and maintenance of beverage dispensing machines. Chemical responsibilities include the installation, calibration, and maintenance of chemical dispensers. Performs in-service training for all customers in assigned areas. Reports to Chemical Program Director. The Service Technician position will require to be on call on rotating weekends for emergency service calls. A clean MVR is also required Duties and Responsibilities Installs, repairs, and maintains beverage machines at customer locations. Installs, repairs, and maintains chemical dispensers. Selects the appropriate beverage/chemical machine(s), dispenser(s), and parts according to the invoice and service schedule. Explains proper operation and cleaning procedures, including in-service training when necessary. Performs emergency repair service (after hours, weekends, and holidays) on an on-call rotation basis Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Equipment Express strong troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently Require holding a valid driver's license. Education and Experience Previous related service repair experience Previous route experience Experience working independently Associated degree with courses in communication, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance helpful.
