Overview Join our vibrant team as a Pizzeria Counter Help and be the friendly face that enhances our customers' dining experience! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with food orders, managing POS systems, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using

TOAST POS.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities. Manage cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and handle cash or card payments with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters, utensils, and equipment regularly, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and sanitation duties to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and guests. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food service customer order management skills. Familiarity with POS systems Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, and sanitation standards within the food industry. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy hours. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace.
