Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kerry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing facility's equipment and systems. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and systems. Analyze equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Maintain HVAC/R systems to ensure a comfortable working environment. Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations. Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs performed. Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is essential. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively. Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing equipment issues. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The typical hiring range for this role is $22 to $27 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
