HACCP, SQF
requirements, operating procedures, and Food Safety Sanitation. Must be able to determine if a product needs to be placed on hold and document same at time of holding product and or if product needs to be reworked. Maintain visual preliminary and post operational sanitation of weekly inspections of production to ensure food safety, or as needed. Maintain correct labeling and nutritional requirements on all products by following Allergen Control Program. Run hourly color check on all finished product and record by color and lot number. Must have data entry skills to produce reports, build files, and label printing. Assist QA Manager and Supervisor as needed. Clean work area and prepare for next shift. Follow all sanitation schedules including weekends and/or clean break. Knows and adheres to GMP policy and all Quality policies and procedures. Assists in identifying and/or reporting non-conforming products to aid in eliminating waste. Communicate daily with Quality to ensure customer specifications are met. Knowledge of Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure all chemical containers are labeled and used in the correct way. Ensure overall compliance and adherence to sanitation schedule and/or requirements. Perform any other duties that is asked of them by the supervisors/managers (Even if the task does not pertain to their position) Skills and Competencies Based on job performance, has required skills and knowledge to complete the responsibilities of his / her role. Demonstrates a good understanding of workplace policies and rules, customer requests, and production/business needs. Understands the origin and purpose behind company policies, procedures, and practices. Acts in accordance with the companys mission, vision, and values. Must possess good communication skills, written and oral. Participates in GMP Training, annual or as assigned. Understands HACCP Standards and SQF requirements. Measures for Success 100% correct orders, orders fulfilled accurately and timely. Daily production goals achieved based on customer specs and orders. Weekly poundage goals achieved based on customer orders Work with team members maintaining daily sanitation by cleaning work area at end of shift. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years food manufacturing experience. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends. Ability to clearly present recommendations/ideas and to summarize issues. Ability to appropriately handle and maintain confidential material. Experience in quality assurance in food manufacturing is preferred. Must be able to work well both independently and collaboratively. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations HACCP certifications one year after placement/hire and SQF certifications, as needed. Reaching:

Handling:
Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands. Fingers are involved only to the extent that they are an extension of the hand, such as to turn a switch or shift. Frequently- Activity exists up to 1/3 to 2/3 of the time.
Hearing:
Perceiving the nature of sounds by ear. Occasionally- Activity exists up to 1/3 of the time.
Depth Perception:
