Job Description

Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prepare, serve, and package food according to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and serving stations. Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system, if required. Follow all company policies, food handling procedures, and safety guidelines. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Capable of lifting up to 25-50 pounds, as needed. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Previous food service, restaurant, catering, or concession experience preferred but not required. Food Handler's Permit or certification may be required depending on the location.
