Core Personnel Staffing About the Role Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality and food safety? Core Personnel Staffing, in partnership with a premier food processing production facility in Sealy, TX, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining top-tier food safety standards, conducting daily audits of production equipment and finished goods, and ensuring compliance across all operations.
Key Responsibilities Quality & Safety Audits:
Perform daily inspections of production lines, equipment, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Facility Monitoring:
Continuously monitor operational areas to maintain strict sanitary conditions.
Process Control:
Audit Process Control Points to guarantee food safety systems are fully operational.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in food processing, quality assurance, or laboratory environments preferred.
Language:
