Responsibilities Assist with food preparation tasks, including scooping, portioning, and organizing ingredients to ensure timely service. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing sales and retail transactions accurately. Manage food service customer orders efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing equipment, counters, and utensils according to food safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly during closing procedures, including refrigerators, freezers, and food prep tools. Uphold food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Experience Must be 18 or older. Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in food preparation, serving, cashiering, and operating POS systems. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy closing shifts. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen equipment operation. Experience in retail sales transactions and upselling techniques to increase revenue opportunities. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward team members and guests alike.
