In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and adjusting office furniture and fixtures with precision and care. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from small office setups to large corporate environments, utilizing your construction and carpentry skills to deliver exceptional results. Duties Safely transport and handle office furniture and fixtures to designated locations within client sites. Read and interpret technical drawings to execute precise installations. Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, and fixture installation to assemble desks, cubicles, shelving units, and other office furnishings. Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move large furniture pieces or materials efficiently. Ensure all installations comply with safety standards such as power tool safety guidelines and building codes. Conduct site inspections during and after installation to verify proper fit, finish, and functionality; address any issues promptly. Ensure site is clean once installation is completed and all paperwork is signed by customer. Assist with unloading tractor trailer deliveries to the local warehouse. Help with organizing warehouse with product as it is delivered when needed. Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during furniture transportation and installation. Strong understanding of power tool safety practices Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
