The Workplace Associate is a crucial role that keeps facilities operating and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work and working long hours on their feet. This individual should be proactive, responsive, capable of managing multiple priorities, and looking to build a long-term career with our client. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, great communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative to ensure a seamless workplace experience for all employees.

Key responsibilities:

• Furniture assembly
• Workstation moves and reconfigurations
• Event setup and support
• Inventory management
• Responding to workplace ticketing requests in a timely manner.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in corporate, retail, or industrial/warehouse setting
• Ability to work on one's feet for long hours and lift/carry/push up to 35lbs.
• Advanced knowledge of building/installing furniture or setting up workstations
• Strong work ethic and positive mindset
• Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed
• Proficient in MS suite
• Previous forklift experience
• Previous experience with ticketing software
